I’ve got my PH passport! 😍 I am so stoked!
Exactly 25 days yesterday after I had my biometric for my Philippine passport renewal, I finally received my shiny, freshly renewed Philippine passport.
It’s got a 10-year validity and most importantly as my husband pointed out, I am carrying his surname at long last.🤣🤣🤣 A massive thank you to all the staff at the Philippine Embassy in London for being so helpful. You’re all doing a fantastic job! 🌟⭐️
The woes we had all throughout my ordeal just getting my passport renewed have been wiped away by the arrival of my new passport. My husband and I can breathe a sigh of relief for now until we start with my second spouse visa application in three-months time.
My visa extension entails ££££. Let’s say £3K is the cost baseline for the visa extension application. £1,560 goes to my IHS or Immigration Health Surcharge! Yes. I pay (or rather my husband pays😅) that amount to be able for me to avail the NHS services.
Anyway, I’ll write a blog about it as soon as I have applied for my spouse visa extension. I’ll keep you all posted.
